ENTJ is MBTI's recognized commander. The Te + Ni combination lets them see both the endgame and the path, then push forward with unquestionable efficiency. Among all SBTI-MBTI combinations, the overlap between BOSS and ENTJ may be one of the highest, because both are "fully online" across the board.
But SBTI adds a perspective MBTI does not. BOSS's E-dimension shows this is not a cold machine. A relatively high E2 (emotional investment) means BOSS actually cares-it is just that the way they care is, "I solved your problem for you," not, "I cried with you."

This is where they collide with BOSS: BOSS in SBTI does not necessarily score high on A2 (rule flexibility). "High across all dimensions" may mean their attitude is: "I follow good rules, and I rewrite bad ones." ESTJ's attitude is closer to: "A rule is a rule, and following it is a virtue."
